T-shirt design Can’t Play Without Us is simply saying that officials are an integral part of the game with a critical role.  The game cannot go on without the referees.  It doesn’t matter how big the arena, how many people are in the stands, or how big or small the paycheck is.  Every game requires a person of great esteem who is entrusted with the responsibility to be fair and impartial based on the rules of the game.
